Artwork Returns:

At Art Built From Struggle we take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All artwork purchases are final and cannot be refunded. However, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. 

If you receive an item that has been damaged, please follow the steps below so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Return Process:

• Contact us: Email  info@artbuiltfromstruggle.com to initiate the return within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
• Details: Provide the order number along with the reason for the return.
• Authorization: We will provide you with return authorization and further instructions. 
• Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. 
• Legal Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse any return  or refund request. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to our return policy and terms of service.
